If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply.

30 days or more before the tour date

No cancellation fee

29–15 days before the tour date

20% of the total tour price

14–6 days before the tour date

30% of the total tour price

5–2 days before the tour date

50% of the total tour price

1 day before the tour date

80% of the total tour price

On the tour date

100% of the total tour price

Please note: Cancellation requests are considered received only when they are received during our business hours. Requests received outside our business hours will be processed on the next business day.

If we cancel a tour due to a typhoon, severe weather, or other safety-related reasons, no cancellation fee will be charged.
You may choose one of the following options.

• Reschedule your tour to another available date, or
• Receive a full refund.

Please note that any bank transfer fees or payment processing fees associated with the refund are the responsibility of the customer.
